Dallas GPA: June 20

Dear friends,

We are closing out the second week of the Dallas GPA, and praising God for His amazing work in and through these pastors. We’re also thankful for First Baptist Dallas, which is hosting the pastors for dinner and a friendly game of soccer tonight.

Please continue to pray for the 2014 Dallas GPA:

  • Pray for the pastors as they finish their second week of classes. Pray for endurance to tackle the third and final week.
  • Pray that each of the pastors will get adequate rest and relaxation over the weekend. Pray that the pastors and host families will be safe over the weekend as they enjoy fun activities.
  • Pray that the church service the pastors attend with their host families will be meaningful. Pray that the pastors will make lasting connections with their host families for future encouragement and mutual benefit.
  • For the home churches of each of the pastors as their Sunday services continue in their absence. Pray for the families of the pastors and their continued safety and well-being.
  • Pray that each of the pastors return safely to DTS Sunday evening.
  • Pray that each of the pastors will seek to serve God as He directs.
  • Pray for protection over Dr. Richard, the GPA/RREACH staff and their families.
For His glory,
Edie Ross
Prayer Coordinator

  1. Thank you for providing us with these updates! Though we pray anyway, it still helps us to focus our thoughts and prayers for them, their families, churches, and each of you who have added responsibilities during the GPA. Blessings and strength for all as you begin to wrap up your time together, and again send forth pastors who have truly had a life changing opportunity to grow and learn so they can reach a needy and sinful world.
